Rescued from the hand of our enemy

We can so easily be tempted or provoked if we have harbored resentment and sin in our heart. Leave the past at the cross (even if it was only minutes or seconds ago) LEAVE IT and RUN to the Lord and talk to Him about it.

Hey, let’s get real. We like to think that Satan won’t invade our spiritual space but the devil does blind side the believer. He wants a reaction to his evil, no matter how subtle, innocent or white-washed the lie might appear…it is the effect upon you Satan seeks to use against the believer and snare us away from realizing the fulfillment of the promises we stand on. Don’t listen to one who discourages.

Know your enemy and you will find wisdom. Don’t stand for abuse no matter how it is camouflaged. God will turn over every stone on your behalf until the evil is exposed.   No sin, no shame, no fear, nothing can separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus.

You not only have God on your side working his good will into your life, you have his son Christ Jesus as a high priest. His unconditional righteousness will forgive, restore and renew goodness and mercy every day and night. The unyielding power of the Holy Spirit is IN ALL WAYS constant, constructive and freely given through the unfailing love of God.

We can slip with our thoughts, our words and our actions but the key is not to allow others to turn their idols into our stumbling blocks. Find His Grace today and it will carry you through ALL the tomorrows.

Special thanks to the Walter’s family Chateau de Gudanes photo’s via the web.

My Devotion:  Luke 1:74-75

74 To grant us that we, being delivered from the hand of our foes, might serve Him fearlessly

75 In holiness (divine consecration) and righteousness [in accordance with the everlasting principles of right] within His presence all the days of our lives.
