My life is but a weaving between the Lord and me!

My ALL in ALL, March 3, 2014

“For He shall give His angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways.” ~Psalm 91 v 11

8243164-tree-2--vectorI was reading one of my favorite Psalms today, Psalm 91, and came across the verse I posted above. The entire chapter is a wonderful testament of faith in the Lord, and His provisions for us.. Every time I read it out loud, I find myself choking back tears, because the thought of the Lord loving me this much is almost too much for my heart to bear. In the 10th-12th verses, it is written:

“There shall no evil befall thee, neither shall any plague come nigh thy dwelling. (11) For He shall give His angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways. (12) They shall bear thee up in their hands, lest thou dash thy foot against a stone.”

To think the LORD has everything covered, I need not worry. He has angels watching over me, so that I do not even scratch my foot on a stone-Oh! My heart is full and overflowing with such a complete surrender to Him..I don’t even know if that is the right word..I am at loss at how to express the feelings of my heart…”surrender” was the closest I could come up with. I do not need to question why He is my “ALL in ALL”.

Here you have brought up a good key: To surrender our all to Him, for when we completely give it up to Jesus something wonderful happens…we can say to Him…Bless the Lord oh my soul and all that is within me, bless His Holy Name. What happens then? Our ALL is ALL in HIM. What does that mean? There is no room at that moment for anything thing else but Him to dwell within us and fill us with His Grace, Love and Peace. Therein is ALL Power. We should walk surrendered to His Will. It brings Wisdom into our life, Understanding to discern and to stay on the right path and Knowledge to trust COMPLETELY in His TRUTH!

    I am so thankful for you…blessings ~Zoey
